University , Darryl's education did not stop there. After obtaining his real estate licensed almost two decades ago, he became a Certified Residential Specialist, the highest designation awarded to only 5% of Realtors worldwide in the residential sales field. Darryl also holds the GRI designation. A Graduate of the Realtor Institute must complete comprehensive series of courses covering all facets of Real Estate such as valuation, law, real estate investment, taxation, ethics and construction. Darryl has received the ABR designation, which is the benchmark of excellence in buyer's representation, and the prestigous CRB designation, which is awarded to top brokerage managers in the field of real estate, and the CRS degination which is the highest designation in residential real estate. Most recently Darryl received the CSN designation, for his excellence in negotiating .
Darryl sits on the Board of Directors for The Westchester County Board of Realtors and is on numerous committees including the Leadership, Education, Finance & Grievance of which he is currently is the chairman. He the past chairman of the Boards annual awards committee.
Darryl is a full standing member of the National Association of Realtors and the New York State Association of Realtors, as well as a member of both the Westchester County Board of Realtors, and the Bronx Manhattan North Association of Realtors.
